It’s the million-dollar question:  What will Michelle Obama wear when her husband makes his debut as President of the United States?

Future First Lady Michelle Obama is reportedly having a difficult time picking between top fashion designers such as Narciso Rodriguez, Reem Acra, and Marc Bouwer for her inaugural dress.

As we all know, January 20th is clearly President-elect Barack Obama’s big day.  However, once the sunsets, all eyes will be placed squarely on his stylish wife Michelle.  The beautiful women with the model-like figure is currently reviewing designs from celebrity seamstresses including Kai Milla — who has dressed stars from Oprah Winfrey to Petra Nemcova.

“The designs are elegant yet provocative, demure yet flirty, and perpetually flattering,” Milla says. “Mrs. Obama has a style the modern woman can relate to, this timeless appeal, and I think that’s something a lot of women are attracted to. We all have families and kids, and we need pieces that are wearable.”

Come inauguration night, Milla, who met Mrs. Obama this summer, says she would love to see the future First Lady in a jewel-toned gown that highlights her fantastic figure.

“Her tall frame is a designer’s dream,” she says. “She can do an off-the-shoulder look, or even a backless dress. I would love to see her in a structured silhouette.”

But Milla isn’t stopping at the presidential inauguration.  The designer says she would like to help dress Mrs. Obama for the next four years calling the future First Lady a trendsetter not unlike Jackie O.

While Michelle Obama struggles with what to wear to the big party, her husband has reportedly already chosen his attire.

President-elect Obama’s tuxedo decision was simple, according to his staffers: Chicago-based Hart Schaffner, the men’s suit company that has been in existence since 1883 and is one of the first American companies to have unionized workers will design Obama’s inaugural tux.  President-elect Obama has donned Hart Schaffner Marx suits throughout his campaign and apparently made a deal with the company that if he won the presidency he would wear one of their masterpieces on Inauguration Day.
