Moms of Deaf Children?

Does anyone else here have a deaf child? My 7 year old is deaf and in the almost-year she has been with us we've learned so much about ASL, deaf culture, etc. Communication can be hard sometimes but we're all getting better at it and I'm amazed at how well my daughter is doing in school and at home. She has started to read some beginning-reader books and I'm so proud of her!
